2. Submitting the research report and sending it to the project planning team
We present you the report prepared by our research team for you and we clarify your project idea with you. After clarifying the project idea with you, we send the decision letter of the research team report and the customer file we have opened for you to our project planning team. The customer file is created for you as soon as you start talking to The Developy. This file contains the forms we fill out to get to know you better and your information. The information you share with us is necessary to better understand you and your corporate structure, and to develop works that are more suitable for your brand image.
Our project planning team reviews the decision letter of the research team report and your client file. They decide how to use your resources most efficiently for the project.
During the project planning phase, our team; It creates a Planning diagram for the top level view of the project, its functional requirements, functional requirements related to the activity and process, and non-functional technical requirements related to the software and they sends it to the UI / UX designer team together with the research team decision letter and customer file.
3. System Analysis and Methods
After all plans and scenarios of your project are finished, the system is sent to our analysts. At this stage, our system analysts prepare the project’s database design, algorithm, ER and UML diagrams. At this stage, the project is completed in general terms.
After the system analysis team completes all its work, it meets with the project planning team and the results are compared with the project plan. The results obtained as a result of the meeting are collected and the studies are categorized. Files to be shared with the Backend team and Design team are reserved. After this stage, the files are first sent to the design team.
4. UI/UX design and Corporate identity
Our design team first examines the customer file with the documents coming from the planning/Analysis team and determines the colors suitable for the project idea. They make the logo and corporate identity of the project. We will share these details with you as they are ready, and we need your approval. When everything is the way you want, we move on to other stages.
Our design team examines the scenario of the project idea and they begin to create the design of the project. We need your approval for every design and function created. We have a platform where you can follow all processes and you will be included in our system with the username and password we have created for you and you will be able to follow and manage every process online.
5. Backend Software and Development
After the designs are completed and approved by you, all the files prepared for the backend and all the designs created for your project by the design team are delivered to the backend team.
Here, our backend project team reviews all the documentation and the developers who will work on the project are appointed by our project team leader.
According to the timetable prepared by our planning team, the number of people to work is set and backend coding is started.
Our project team leader updates the process regarding the progress of the project through our system and you can follow the online process.
When our backend coding works are finished, we present the project to you, get your approval and direct it to the test team.
6. Testing and finalizing the project
Our test team works with the backend team. In fact, every code written is tested during software development. After all the software is finished, our test team will test the codes and the system again. All tests performed are reported and presented to you at the meeting we will hold with you before delivery.
After your project is published, our test team continues to test the system for 2 months and examines the data of your project. We make sure everything works correctly. Because we grow and develop with you.
